1 – Site Consultation

2 – Preliminary Design

Based on your initial consultation you will receive conceptual 2D plans and 3D renders of your new home. These renders will provide a better understanding on how the new space will look and feel

3 – Conclusion and Contract

Discussing about construction budget, timing, other details and signing the contract.

4 – Details

At this stage, each design package will be provided with a priced contract, where by all materials and labor included in the contract are clearly labeled and priced.

5 – Material Coordination

You may work with the designer in selecting your materials, working with a variety of supplies. You may be provided with samples to help narrow down your options.

6 – Preparations 

The designer will gather all the required information and prepare a construction documentation package for the project manager and the constructors. All the details and orders will be completed at this stage. This way the construction will run smoothly and efficiently.
